About Ethiopian dining

01What is injera?

A fermented flatbread that is central to the Ethiopian table. It is used to pick up spice dishes and enjoy their sauces.

02Is the food very hot?

Heat varies by dish. The focus is on layered aroma and flavour; please tell us if you are sensitive to chilli.

03Can I reserve for one?

Yes. The traditional course is available from one guest. Groups must order the course for their full number of guests.

04Can you prepare vegetarian or vegan food?

Yes, with advance reservation. Please include the request when booking so we can prepare properly.
